One of the biggest challenges to the Skijorer is finding out where one can go to practice one's passion.  Send in a trail of interest and we'll find out if Skijoring is allowed and if so, post it here. The more information you can provide, the better.  Please note: Certain restrictions may apply to these trails that may limit or even prevent Skijoring. It is your responsibility to know if such restrictions exist. Link to printer friendly format of Trail Directory.

We're seeking more up to date information for these areas, if you have information that can help, please let us know! trail information.

snowmobile trails Throughout the metro Be especially careful. It may be safer to go at night with headlight & taillight to make yourself more visible to snowmobilers. You can often see a snowmobile coming sooner at night because of their headlights.

Beware on multi-use trails. Other traffic such as horses, snowmobiles, dog walking, and snow-shoeing may create hazardous conditions. Horses can leave holes that can injure your dog. Trails frequented by people walking dogs off-leash can be especially dangerous.
